Refund policy

Our slow fashion outfits are handcrafted, as well as the preservation of old textile production methods. To avoid the risk of additional waste, we use a zero-waste design and production process and produce in small quantities. 


Returns (excluding final sale goods) are eligible for a size exchange or store credit in the form of a Nusheena Gift Card due to their limited and unique character.

-Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment. Regrettably, returns cannot be accommodated beyond this specified period.

-Returns will be processed in the form of store credit, issued as a Nusheena Gift Card.

-Exchanges are limited to the same item for a different size only.

-Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and ineligible for exchanges.

-Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and must be unworn and unwashed.

 

Shipping costs, custom duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

-For domestic orders within Australia, a prepaid postage return label will be provided, and a $10 postage fee will be deducted from your Gift Card amount.

-International orders must arrange return postage at their own expense using their preferred shipping provider. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service.

-Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made, including cancellations or swaps of sizes or items within the order.

-We strive to process returns promptly. However, as we operate with a small team, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed upon receiving the item. Please note that there may be processing delays for Sale/Discount/Promotion items.

-Price adjustments for promotions and discounts are not available. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after the promotion period.

-Please note Nusheena provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. LOST OR MISSING RETURNS

Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of Nusheena. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to our warehouse safely.
